Kool: Providing extreme pressure lubrication for use on metal and other hard surfaces
Kool is a cutting oil formulated from a complex blend of oils, providing the most effective cutting lubricant combination. The propellant used in the aerosol formulation further aids cooling activity permitting faster operations compared with liquid cutting and tapping fluids. Kool can be used safely during machining. The product penetrates deep into recessed areas, holes, slots and restricted openings to produce an improved finish.
The technical formulation of Kool provides extreme pressure lubrication to speeds cutting, tapping, drilling, milling, sawing and threading. The product will cling at any angle to ensure no drip and no waste.
Kool is versatile and can be used on soft metals such as aluminium and brass, or with harder difficult stainless steels and similar. It is also recommended for hard-to-lubricate areas including the inside threading of pipes. For operations where no central coolant system is available, Kool is recommended for convenient spot application and can be used whilst plant or machinery is in motion. The product also solves ‘on site’ problems for all drilling, cutting and tapping operations.

Shake can well before use.
Hold aerosol container in an upright position 6-8 inches from surface to be sprayed, using applicator tube if necessary.
