Ideal for use on most Plastics, Wood, Tiles, Stone, Carpets and many more DIY applications. HDA is a premium grade rubber based adhesive suitable for most building and DIY applications. HDA is a sprayable glue which bonds to most common materials including wood, concrete, stone, tiles, rubber, foam, metals, rigid plastics, polyethylene, canvas fabrics, cardboard, paper and cork. Ideal for securing most carpets / floor coverings. Suitable for internal and external use, giving permanent or temporary adhesion.
This thixotropic, high tacking, long bonding and heavy-duty adhesive in aerosol form incorporates a unique variable spray pattern. The formulation has excellent heat resistance up to 60°C, is moisture resistant and the rapid evaporating solvents means a fast-drying finish is achieved.
HDA is particularly useful in the furniture, flooring and automotive industries. Especially for bonding foam to a wide range of surfaces. It is ideal for use in most applications where an exceptionally high strength bond is required.
HDA is recommended for use on upholstery, furniture, flooring, automotive, caravan and marine insulation, packing and labelling. However, it is not suitable for use on polystyrene, plasticised PVC or unsupported roof linings such as caravans/vans.
Shake can well before use.
Hold Aerosol 20-25cm away from the surface and spray in a well-ventilated area.
Surface must be clean & dry for permanent bond. Apply to both surfaces.
Leave for one minute for solvent to evaporate before bonding.
Surfaces must be dry and clean and free from oil and grease, for permanent bonding on non-porous surfaces, apply to both surfaces allowing at least one minute before bonding. On porous surfaces, apply to one surface only and bond whilst still tacky.
For temporary bonding, apply a light coating to one surface only and allow to dry for five minutes before bonding.
