UV Solvent Cleaner (Quick): Fast-drying ink and varnish remover
A quick drying universal solvent-based printing ink and varnish cleaning solvent: perfect for cleaning machine parts, photo polymer plates and Anilox rollers amongst many other surfaces which may come into contact with inks around the print room.
UV Solvent Cleaner: Quick can be used as a part of your regular plate cleaning operation to ensure polymer plates are usable for significantly longer periods of time without issue.
UV Solvent Cleaner: Quick may be used as a daily cleaner for Anilox Rollers, keeping the cells clean and unclogging ink deposits with ease. Regular cleaning with this formulation reduces the need for harsher deep-cleaning operations, cutting out the lengthy down times associated with intensive cleaning.
The formulation can be used regularly on parts and tools including doctor-blade chambers, ink trays and blades, and will quickly dissolve and remove a wide range of inks with minimal effort.
UV Solvent Cleaner: Quick is completely water miscible for ease of removal and features a low odour and safer formulation than typical solvent cleaners such as Ethyl Acetate and other similar materials which are less suited to regular use.
Use undiluted: Apply directly to area to be cleaned. Wipe or rinse away as appropriate.
Also suitable for use in a cold dip-tank application with solvent vapour control measures.
