Tornado: Perfect for the daily cleaning of flexographic press equipment
Tornado is water soluble and safe for use on all kinds of surfaces and machinery including Anilox rollers, rubber rollers and press frames. Also suitable for use in dip and immersion tank applications.
Provides the power to safely remove inks from a variety of print room surfaces, even when cured. Tornado’s superior cleaning chemistry and slow drying formulation are particularly evident when removing dried ink from various equipment and press parts.
Tornado is formulated to facilitate the removal of stubborn solvent based inks and coatings, even when cured deep within the cell structures of Anilox rollers or ingrained on other surfaces and tools that can be found around flexographic, lithographic, and other press rooms.
Not only will Tornado remove solvent based inks and coatings but also dried-on water-based coatings. The product is formulated for easy in-situ cleaning and can be flushed or rinsed away with water to remove, meaning little effort is needed during the cleaning procedure.
The formulation is extremely versatile and can be used in dip-tanks and circulating cleaners as well as by spray, brush or cloth to a variety of surfaces for on-press cleaning including Anilox rollers, doctor blades and machinery surfaces.
This powerful ink remover is designed to remove stubborn, solvent based, inks even when dried.
Tornado may be applied by wipe or brush, then agitated to remove dried ink or varnish and finally rinsed with water. Following application on a floor always rinse the surface well to remove any residues.
Note: Some painted or plastic surfaces may be affected by this product. If in doubt test a small inconspicuous area before use.
