Solar Panel Antifreeze prevents the fluid in solar thermal systems from freezing during cold weather, ensuring the system remain operational and efficient throughout the winter months.
• Frost protection down to -28°C.
• Reduces the risk of freezing.
• Compatible with all makes and models of solar panels.
Suitable for use within solar thermal installations that conform to BS EN 12976 and BS 5918.
Suitable for use in solar applications with stagnation temperatures in excess if 360°C provided that the solar thermal system is correctly installed and dimensioned to allow the product to withdraw completely through vaporisation from the collectors when the
maximum temperature is reached.
Solar Panel Inhibited Antifreeze is ready to use and should not be diluted with water or glycol. If other heat transfer fluids have been used previously used the system should be drained completely and rinsed with this product before filling.
