AR Plus: Ideal for the deep cleaning of Anilox Rollers
AR Plus is a water-based solution built from non-ionic surface active agents, hydrotopes and alkaline builders. It is designed for the general cleaning and the removal of ink deposits from within the cell structure of Anilox rollers.
Formulated for the easy removal all types of water-based, UV-cured, polymeric and vinyl inks, adhesives, latex polymers (acrylic), grease, oil, cutting fluids, and lapping & drawing compounds.
Specifically formulated for the cleaning of Anilox rollers and other flexographic machinery and parts, this cleaner will work effectively on stainless steel, carbon steel, and all other ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as poly-carbonate plastics.
Designed to remove cured and uncured printing inks including water and oil based, solvent and UV inks, adhesives and varnishes from flexographic press equipment such as doctor blades, filters, lockup holders, fittings, connectors, ink pans, transfer pails, drums, rollers (Anilox, rubber, ceramic, and urethane).
AR Plus is formulated to be effective in both hard and soft water areas. The solution may be applied by spray, brush or wipe for in-situ/on-press cleaning, or in ultrasonic and immersion tanks for off-press application.
Regular cleaning with AR Plus dramatically reduces the need for intensive and heavy duty cleans to eliminate costly down time. AR Plus will re-wet stubborn and difficult inks to ensure even the most difficult water based and solvent based ink deposits can be re-emulsified and lifted on the press with minimal effort.
AR Plus is a concentrated formulation and can be diluted according to individual requirements in the flexographic print room.
Dilute according to degree of soiling, 10:1 for heavy deposits and up to 100:1 for less heavy-duty work. Apply by brush, mop or trigger spray.
For use in ultrasonic cleaning or other immersion systems, rinse with clean water after use. Product should not have prolonged contact with aluminium and its alloys, or other reactive metal surfaces.
