AR 950: Ideal for use on Anilox Rollers, ink pans, transfer pails and more
AR-950 is a unique aqueous solution comprised of non-ionic surface-active agents, hydrotopes and alkaline builders. Formulated specifically for general Flexographic print room cleaning and maintenance, and for the removal of ink deposits from within the cell structures of Anilox rollers when applied in stronger concentrations.
AR-950 is a powerful formulation which can completely emulsify dried water-based inks from within the cells of Anilox used in flexography to provide effortless on-press cleaning capabilities, drastically reducing the downtime associated with off-press or deeper cleaning processes.
The product can be diluted down to individual requirements based on soiling volume, cleaning process required or strength of ink deposit that needs to be removed. AR-950 can be applied using spray, cloth, mop with an extremely short contact time required to provide unmatched cleaning power. The formulation may also be used in ultrasonic systems or immersion tanks when off-press and automatic cleaning is needed for press parts and other objects.
The flexibility of AR-950 makes the formulation a perfect addition to your print cleaning and maintenance schedule, reducing the need for multiple products for in-situ and deep cleaning associated with flexographic printing. The product can be used on frame of press, Anilox rollers as well as to clean parts/tools such as doctor blades, filters, lockup holders, fittings, connectors, ink pans, transfer pails, drums etc.
Directions: Dilute according to degree of soiling, 10:1 for heavy deposits and up to 100:1 for less heavy duty work. Apply by brush, mop, spray etc.
May also be used in ultrasonic cleaning or other immersion systems, rinse with clean water. Product should not have prolonged contact with aluminium or other reactive metal surfaces.
Super concentrated! Highly effective at a range of dilutions.
Swiftly emulsifies both wet and dried water-based inks.
Can be used in both hard and soft water areas.
