Unisil: Odourless multi-purpose lubricant for use on a wide range of surfaces
A high-quality, colourless and odourless silicone lubricant. Ideal for use on all plastic, rubber, wood, metal and fabrics. Unisil will lubricate slides, bearings, conveyors, textile needles and many other items with ease. The formulation is safe for use on non-contact food machinery and provides moisture repellency to impede corrosion.
Unisil is used in the textile and fabric trades as a cutting table slide and band saw/cutting knife lubricant.
Unisil may also used as a release agent for moulds, making the product suitable in industries such as mould making/releasing, window and door frame installations, using rubber and EPDM gaskets, as well as jobs around the home, garage and workshop.
Unisil works to ease friction between surfaces and eliminates noises and squeaking.
Unisil is ideal for the protection of machinery and in electrical maintenance, where Unisil lubricates and protects electronic contact points and other electronic equipment.
The product is also highly effective as a surface polish on dashboards and automotive interiors.

Ensure the surface to be treated is clean
Hold upright and spray 15-20cm away from surface.
Avoid use in and around items to be painted, glued or laminated.
Spray in short bursts on to the surfaces that require lubrication, wipe away excess with a soft cloth. For mould release applications remove any material from the mould, spray uniformly paying particular attention to corners and areas of fine detail. Ensure all surfaces have received a coating, the silicone can be gently spread using a soft non-woven cloth. Best results will always be achieved from moulds with smooth unpitted finishes.
