Our Premium Impregnating Sealer is designed to protect and enhance the appearance of various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and other porous surfaces. This advanced formulation offers superior protection against stains, water damage, and the penetration of dirt and contaminants, while maintaining the natural look and feel of tiled surfaces.

Make sure all surfaces are totally clean and completely dry.
Remove any residues from grouts and jointing compounds before sealing.
Internal floors: Turn off all underfloor heating systems and allow to cool.
Apply with brush, masonry roller, paint pad or spray and allow to soak into surface.
Exterior surfaces: Spraying produces best results.
Do not apply if rain is likely in the next 24 hours.
Remove all excess with a dry (microfibre) cloth within approximately 10-20 minutes of application. Do not apply and leave to dry; all excess must be removed.
Carry out a test in an inconspicuous area first.
